How do I provide the correct length and/or height of my vehicle?
We recommend measuring the vehicle yourself. Measure from the front of the vehicle to the rearmost point of any trailer, caravan or other equipment. If bicycles are mounted on the rear of the vehicle, these must be included in the total length.
The vehicle's total length and height must be stated. Roof boxes, trailers and similar equipment must be included in the measurements.
If an incorrect length or height has been provided, the correct information must be registered at check-in and any fare difference must be paid. On fully booked departures, passengers may be placed on a waiting list if there is not enough space available on board.
