How do I check in?

As a general rule, check-in opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Boarding for both foot passengers and vehicles starts approximately 1 hour before departure.

Passengers without a vehicle

As a foot passenger, you check in at the terminal. At our terminals in Bergen, Risavika and Hirtshals, you can check in either at the counter or at the self-service kiosks. In Kristiansand, check-in is available at the counter only.

Passengers travelling with a vehicle

Passengers travelling with a vehicle check in at the vehicle check-in area. This is clearly signposted upon arrival at our terminals.
