If you wish to change your departure/arrival port or travel date

For changes, cancellations, and no-shows related to Cruise or Economy tickets, the following fees apply:

Change fee

International routes:

• Change of travel date / time / name (lead passenger)*: NOK 600
• Cancellation: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Domestic routes:

• Change of travel date / time / name (lead passenger)*: NOK 100
• Cancellation: No refund
• No-show: No refund

*Exception for tickets cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the booking time. In such cases, the trip may be cancelled with a full refund and changed without a change fee. Any fare difference for a more expensive ticket must be paid.
