Economy ticket/cruise
An Economy or Cruise ticket can be changed free of charge*, or cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of the time of booking, provided that there are more than 48 hours until departure.
*If the journey is changed to a more expensive departure, the fare difference must be paid.
Flex
A Flex ticket can be changed or cancelled up until the time of departure.
It is not possible to change an Economy ticket to a Flex ticket after payment.
